20 August 2016my brothers bank interest was received but after deducting TDS how I can get refund and is there any specific due dates for claiming refund and please explain how myself by accessing Internet can get refund and what forms in what way should be submitted . some agencies are charges peak charges for processing refund so please help me with how I can myself get refund of TDS done....

Tax Deductee can get back the TDS deducted by Bank, from IT department, by filling his IT Return for the corresponding year. Any tax liability will be adjusted and excess amount is refunded back after processing of the ITR. ITR can be fileed online, after registering PAN with income tax e-filling site.

Dear vinay ,
Dont worry just file your income tax return and u will get your TDS refund after adjustment of TDS liability if any .
