regarding rebate of home loan
my father and i are coowners of our home and also coborrowers of loan. i alone pay the entite emi of loan as my father is retired. since whole of repayment is done by me, can i claim the 100 % rebate for the repayment

Application of loan is one matter & claim of deduction in income tax is other matter. Mohit is asking for claim. You can surely claim 100% subject to limits as correctly replied by Dhirajlal Ji
