If you have geniune income and you had no tax liability to be paid in any Previous years, you can purchase the house.
1. You have to prove to the AO that your income in all the P.Y. was below threahold, in that case the obligation to file the return and pay tax did not arise.
2. The amount of Rs. 32 Lacs have been saved from the aforementioned incomes only.
3. The house may also be gifted to you from your relative.
4. The house/money may be gifted to you on the occassion of marriage.
5. In nutshell you have to prove genuiness of the source of income.
