can i file and submit 1% gst without submitting purchase details
what about july to Dec purchase details.whether i should submit the same also
regarding march31closing stock and summary for yeat 2017-18.when and should i submit.

You have to give details of purchase in GSTR-4. Remaining details will be clarified by GST deptt soon.
