Regarding property purchased on cash

I am in Information Technology sector. land purchased in 40 lacs. My property which is on power of attorney with legal papers. Some reasons it cannot be registered. half paid through bank, while rest is in cash which is tax paid money. I cash withdrawn and paid to seller. can I show in balance sheet. will receive any notice. pls help
