can I claim.this itc.

No.... you cannot It's block u/s 17(5) of CGST Act

No you cannot claim Input Tax Credit ( ITC ) on Works Contract as it is specifically BLOCKED U/s 17(5) clause (c) of the CGST Act 2017.
