I have a query
Mr. A was working in a Co. He resigned on January, 2011 with 2 months Notice period which ended on March, 2011. He has completed 5 yrs and 4 months in that Company so also eligible for Gratuity.
Since April, 2011 Mr. A is not working. Also He has witdrawn his amount of Gratuity but NOT of PF.
Now my question is whether he should transfer the PF account when he joins a new Company or withdraw the amount.
Which option is suitable anf best. Also what to know the advantages and Disadvantages in both the cases. Please give me a clear picture of the above.
