our headoffice is in Bengaluru and we have a regional centre in Gujarat. there are only 3 employees is Gujarat and their salary is also paid from the headoffice (Bengaluru). Should we register their professional tax in
Gujarat state or can it be done in Karnataka state itself?

Professional Tax is a STATE SPECIFIC Tax levied by the respective states where business is located. You have to register and pay PT as per states only.
