Regarding OPC ROC Compliaces
I have an OPC Company .. and OPC does not require to conduct AGM. now while I was filling AOC 4 .. will i be liable to pay penalty as opc is required to file it's financials within 180 days from end of FY. and Whether due date 30th nov is applicable for opc.. PLS GUIDE.

Due Date of 30th Nov is not Applicable for OPC's. Additional fees will be levied.
If I select agm applicability then what will be the consequences
