WHICH WILL BE RIGHT PROCESS BY OLD NOTES DEPOSIT BY ONE SHORT OR DEPOSIT BY PART BY PART

Hardly any difference. In case of suspicion every deposit/s related to PAN for the said period is going to be clubbed.
