while uploading the X M L in response to the notice under above mentioned section , dere z some sort of error in the X M L named 'defRetOrigRetFiledDate'.

In the revised return 'the date of original return filed' is wrong....... rectify the same and regenerate XML file or directly load from the utility software.....
