Regarding Non filing of ITR

hi i have received from Income tax dept that my PAN card has been flagged for non filing of ITR for AY 2017-18.

PLEASE CAN ANYBODY TELL ME MEANING OF THIS?

this is perhaps due to cash deposit exceeds 10 lacs and ITR not filed.

as of now nothing can be done. wait till you receive 148 notice from the department

I am an NRI, even I got the same sms yesterday. Is this possible to find out exact reason of getting this message by login into: https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ ?

Attention (XXXXX3888X)! Your PAN has been flagged for non-filing of ITR for FY2017-18. File ITR or submit online response on Compliance Portal by logging into e-filing portal(My Account)-ITD I also,recvd this msg. Is this any kind of big issue, how can we resolve this? Anybody knows, plz help

Log in to your account. Go to compliance portal from there. Select the AY for which you received notice. Check the compliance raised by IT dept. Give reasons if IT already filed. else file ITR.
