Regarding mou between cs and cma institue

CS and CMA offers mutual exemptions to each other courses under MoU signed by these two institutes. If one has completed CS and now doing CMA and takes exemption in eligible subjects then whether it is possible to secure a rank in CMA exam? what marks are considerd for the papers which are exempted under MoU between these two institutes?
