Regarding medical allowance

Hi all,

I am receiving medical allowance of Rs.15,000 per annum.

I have joined a new company in January 2012(this year),i have not submitted medical bills for Januray and they have deducted money from my salary.

Please explain me how to reimburse it and what is procedure to get january dedcuted money.

you have to provide medicals bills for january month.....then they should reiumburse the same.

Can i submiit bills in Feb month of previous month.Can they credit Jan deducted salary along with Feb salary.

Clarify one thing. Is it so that u were receiving medical allowance from your previous employer of 2011 or from the present employer of 2012?
