sir
we have received cloth from principal and we give to job work and received back from jobworker with GST bill and send to principal by me with my GST bill in this transaction who to file itc04 please clarify sir

Rule 45 of cgst talks about principles is responsible for maintain n file on itc 04 form

ITC 04 is a Form that contains the details of inputs or capital goods sent to and received back from such a job worker. Such a form needs to be filed by the registered manufacturer or Principal. sending inputs or capital goods on job worker every quarter. Guide to filing ITC 04 on GST Portal. 1.Login to GST Portal. 2.Go to s
Services>ITC Forms. 3.Go to "Prepare Offline" unload invoices. 4.Once invoices are uploaded then click"initiate filing". 5.Select Tax period. 6.Click Taxable amount and other details. 7.Finally, file the return with DSC or EVC as as applicable.
