Whether it can be allowed that one job worker done certain job work and then also send such goods to another job worker for job work process.

yes it can be...good move through challan and ITC 04 has to be filed by jobworker then

Yes, it can be done under a delivery challan.
Thanks to all
job work doesn't qualify as supply so no way ITC claimable
ITC can be claimed. There is no restriction.
