Yes otherwise notice u/s 139(9) is issued.

You need not enter full data when u/s 44AD/44ADA.

The due date for filing the ITR 5 is 31 of July
if it is subject to tax audit than the date is 30 of September
It can be filed under presumptive basis if it is a LLP then you can't
