dear sir
.
we are from hotel industry we are charging 5 percent on restaurant ...can we take ITC on food items purchased.....and what about other ITC ,s.....please help me out

No ... Restaurants Service provider cannot Claim ITC ...as per Notification 46/2017 CT (r)

YES SUPPLIES PETAINING TO HOTEL ROOM RENT THE ITC CAN BE CLAIM
