Regarding ITC

please let me know if we purchase from unregistered dealers which ITC are not allowed to our product, in that case are we have to paid tax under RCM

yes u have to pay under rcm. B coz unreg. dealers can not collect tax and so u will have to pay

As per section 9(4) of the CGST, registered person needs to pay GST under RCM basis, in case of purchases from unregistered person.. As per section 17(5) of CGST act, there is restriction on input credit on few items.. So even though you can't take credit on that ...you should pay GST on RCM basis..
