suppose I hv voluntarily registered with trade name ABC under GST but my turnover is below 20 lacs.
now can I provide services in my individual name without issuing a tax invoice because turnover on my pan is not going to exceed 20 lacs even if the turnover of my proprietorship firm is clubbed.
Individual and Proprietorship are Same...
Once You registered under GST then Your all income will be charged GST except some of the Exempted Incomes...
