Regarding IPCC Articleship ..

IPCC 3332 views 5 replies

i have two main doubts ( as of now) regarding the duration of articleship in IPCC..

I've completed 10 months of articles in PCC, and i subsequently switched over to IPCC...( after termination of articles) Now, i want to know for how many more months should i work in IPCC..(As per the institute's circular it is 3.5yrs, less period already worked in PCC)

{but i heard that if i join a new firm and execute a new deed, my period of articleship will be 3yrs,less 10months that i've already worked.. i dont know how far this is true}

           Secondly, i want to know whether i have an option of joining a new firm (in the same city) after clearing IPCC.. or will the new termination rules apply??

any help on this will be appreciated..

thanks

regards :-)

 ^ hmm.. nop for students who switched over to IPCC articleship will be of 3.5 yrs...

and wot is ur termination date?

in my opinion u can join firm in the same city as u changed ur course but ask Institute ppl first coz some insane persons r sitting over dere and u just cant do a thing about those l00sers :P

yes u can change the firm and the period is 3.5 yrs

yes definately u can validly take credit of wat u hav already served in PCC scheme and secondly while converting into IPCC you have already terminated ur articleship so when u will join new a'ship u can join new CA.

I have all information regarding this, contect me,

^ contact ka spelling pehle thik kar..beta...baad me dusri information dena...
