Please can anyone suggest me the best reason to convince my Chartered to allow me take Industrial traning.

The only way to get a transfer from your Chartered is to stop working.... Just start acting lazy, reach office late and dont do any work and ultimately he will be forced to give transfer

Your idea is Difficult to practice and risky too (In case he dismisses me ).
