regarding increase of capital

U HAVE TO FILE FORM 5 ELECTRONICALY WITH ROC AND THE FEES FOR INCREASE IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL WILL BE 0.15%(on the increased amt), fURTher u can pay this fee electronicaly through mca portal or manualy toooo,,

if u r paying the stamp duty in electronic mode then u r not required to submit your form 5 and altered moa physically while if u going to pay stamp duty manually thn u have to file altered moa along with online filed form 5  and resolutions in the concernd ROC.

The fees for oniline filling of form 5 will be Rs. 500/-

and for inc. in capital as said above 0.15% on increased amt.

the fees will not be same for all the states.
