Regarding inc - 29 form for company formation

I have upload the form INC - 29 on MCA 21 site with payment of efiling services (including MOA & AOA) Rs 4300. The question is : 1) Is Stamp duty fees is inclusve in Rs 4300 or not & 2) When I am trying to pay stamp duty by "PAY STAMP DUTY FEES" tab,then they are asking for CIN No. or ROC Regd No.so what is the next procedure ?

Stamp duty is seperate and it is to be paid seperatley and the same is to be paid within 7 days from the date of SRN. Kindly check this point. If you are still not able to pay the stamp duty , kindly file a complaint with MCA Helpdesk with the screenshots you are getting at the time of paying stamp duty and they will resolve the same within 2 working days.

Stamp duty fees include in fees of Rs. 4300

Hi Divesh,

Thanks for the clarity, can you please let us know if there are any other costs apart from the Rs. 4.3K for incorporation, if the company wants to start operation? What other steps will be involved?

Stamp duty is always apart from the incorporation fees i.e. apart from 4300. Saurabh, the other expenses after incorporation shall be regarding carrying the bsiess operations smoothly. no any expenses or fees is being charges by Governemnt except annual filing fees every year which generally starts from REs. 300 per form in case capital is rs. 1 lakh

if u r simultaneously applying for DIN for one director then, is dsc required for that director?

No..if you are applying for DIN by INC-29, you do not require DSC of this person, if you alreadly have DSC of one person who is already have DIN and is going to sign the form.
