1)I have registered gst number running tour and travels in Bihar. I gave Innova in Bihar to company executive in Bihar for some work. palace of supply in Bihar. what will be gst charge IGST or Cgst and Sgst.
2) if a person comes from Delhi to bihar some work of company. but he wants in his name(Rahul) GST invoice. what will be charge IGST and Cgst and Sgst.

As the place of service is Bihar you need to charge CGST and SGST
Yes, As POS is Bihar so cgst and sgst should be charged.
