I have a question.
A karta can sign on 2 HUFs?
1st of his own's HUF and 2nd of his father's HUF (after death of father).
possible? or not?

THERE IS NO LIMIT AS SUCH UNDER INCOME TAX ACT ABOUT THE MAXIMUM NO. OF HUF IN WHICH A PERSON SHOULD HOLD AS A KARTA AND NO RESTRICTION ON NO. OF RETURN SIGNED BY ONE PERSON AS A KARTA.
THUS, IT IS ALLOWABLE.
