one house property purchase on my wife name. house value as per sale deed rs.850000.loan taken rs.1500000 now rs.600000 credited in husband account and all emi paid by husband.so return file only husband so how can accounting treatment in balance sheet.

Rs 600000 credited to husband a/c will be treated as loan from wife and the emi paid by husband treated as loan repayment to wife against Rs 6lakhs ।
