DEAR SIR, I WANT TO FILE GSTR 9 but i have claimed lesser itc in 2017-18, i have claimed itc 198285.92 through gstr 3b but my gstr 2a showing total itc 202599.68 so i have not claimed itc for rupees 4313.74, neither i have claimed this itc in coming years. so can i claim this itc through gstr 9 so it can be carried forward to current year, if yes then how?
please help

no you can't claim this ITC. you fill RS 4313.74 in column no 8E in GSTR 9
