sir if gstr3b is nil
then gstr-1 should be file or not

when we are submitting gstr-1 then there is showing error you have no summary to submit gstr-1

First generate GSTR1 summary... And wait for one or two minutes... Then try to file...

HELLO SIR,
YES U HAVE TO FILE GSTR 1 EVEN IF GSTR 3B IS NIL AS ALL THE RETURNS ARE MUST !!
AND HOW TO FILE GSTR 1
1. GENERATE SUMMARY
2. WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL ALL BOXES SHOW "0" AS IN ALL
3. SUBMIT THE RETURN
4. FILE THE RETURN AFTER 10 MINUTES

Reduce ur itc in next month Gstr3B

wrongly credited amount can be reverse in next month

Actually it will be automatically reduced ur itc when u r supposed to file GSTR2... for the time being reduced ur itc in gstr3b and pay tax accordingly
