If A is from Maharashtra sells goods to B from Maharashtra having registration in Maharashtra & delivers goods to Goa as per instructions of B. Which Taxes will be applicable CGST SGST or IGST

Cgst and sgst is applicable as per 10(1)(b)

CGST & SGST applicable it is similar to Bill to Ship Transaction. Here POS is place of Regd. person here 'B'...
