Regarding gst registration
Dear all,
i need an information regarding gst.
i am running a small transport agency a pvt ltd firm. transportation is carried out within india.
is it mandatory to register gst and how much tax will be levied.

Goods transport agency is a notified service under reverse charge.
If you are only in the business of trasportation and the tax leviable is to be paid by other person under reverse charge, then you are not required to get registered.
