If gst annual return i e 9 & 9 C is not filed upto 3rd February what will be the penalty. Please guide

If Yes... Then., late fee applicable Rs 200/- pet day as CGST Rs 100 and SGST Rs 100 to GSTR 9 return...
For GSTR-9C it's up-to Rs 25000/-...
