Regarding gst in credit notes

I deals in pharma wholesale .I returned my expiry to companies but they issued credit note 0%gst they didn't refunded GST or Vat no how I convince them to refund GST in returns .I have no rule book to tell them for refund GST according to GST law . please advice what to do

The GST paid by you on purchase of inward supplies must have been deposited by the supplier to the Govt. Therefore, they cannot refund the same to you. You can approach the concerned revenue officers to refund the tax with the details of supplies returned by you.
