B2b if have GSTN of Recepient
But Govt department is using that goods for their own purpose other than selling.In that case what will be the treatment?
YOU CAN REPORT THE BILL EITHER B2C, OR B2B
(NOTE : ADVISABLE IF HAVING GSTN THEN REPORT IT B2B)
MR NARAZ KHAN YOU REPORT IN B2C AS THEY HAVE GST DEDUCTOR NUMBER
THE GST PORTAL WILL NOT ACCEPT DEDUCTORS GST NO IN B2B
