Sir I am an Accountant and want to know that the sum received by the assesses on account of gratuity on his retirement who was servicing with Ltd Co.is fully exempt from the income tax, please guide me Thanks

Gratuity on retirement is fully exempt u/s 10

Gratuity receipt is exempt under 10(10) upto a ceiling of 10 lakhs upto 29.3.2018 and thereafter upto 20 lakhs.

This is third time you raised this query and it was replied earlier. This is not fair
