please help me in filling form 107.its so confusing. if possible send the filled specimen of form 107.
my details are
i had completed my articleship on 13.02.2011 but in the month of march i had received a letter from institute stating that i have taken a excess leave of 22 days
but i am not going office from 16.02.2011. now what date should i fill in form 107.
should be after 16.02.2011 or it can be any date say 11.05.2011?
please help, i am already late in submitting file due to exams.

I am currently doing industrial training and my on papar articleship completed on 4 th aug 2011 but my existing CA had given me an extension of 71 days and for that i had also received letter from institute. So please can anyone tell me which form i suppose to fill for serving my extension ??

As per the institute's requirement, for the extended period, an article may submit form 107( form 108 not required to submit) if intends serve under same employer but if with different employer fresh registration of extended period of articleship form 103 and form 108 is necessary.
you can also get them sign in back date. for instance, you were done with your articleship on 22nd april 2011 but after two months you received a letter of extension of articleship on 10th june2011. now,if your employer is of adjusting nature( which usually CAs are not) then you can get form 107/103 signed in the back date i.e with the gap of one week from 01.05.2011.
IN SHORT AND NOT WASTING MUCH TIME, i would suggest you filll form 103 instead of form 107 for fresh registration of extended articleship under a same employer/principal and after completion you need to fill 108.
on submitting the form 103, you receive a letter from institute stating that you have been registered for the extended period of articleship.
i did the same for my extension of 22 days. i am done with my articleship. completion form 108 submitted.
you can even call in the institute they would suggest you the same. maine bhi kiya tha. baki apki marzi.

But one more thing i need to know that on form 103 i supose to take the signature of my current principle i.e. CA under whom right now i am registered for industrial training.
Is it correct??
And my on paper article ship is completed on 4.08.11, so should i submit form 108 right now or after serving an extension??
Please clerify these issue and thks for response.
U also did industrial training??

yes you are right you need to take the signature of your current employer and you have to serve extended period of articleship under him as he has signed your form.
institute is concern with that an article should complete his three and a half period of articleship. institute is not bothered of under whom you are registered with but he should be a CA (obviously).
ok on paper your articleship completed on 04.08.2011 for which you certainly have submitted the form 108 on the basis of which institute has extended your articleship. so it means your actual period of articleship has been over there and then the time you submitted your form 108.
since you filling the fresh form 103 for your articleship it would be like as if you are getting registered for the first time for your articleship and you got to submit a form108 again.

one more thing if you would download form103 online, you need to pay Rs50/-. i dont how but my ca had paid on my behalf when my ca received the letter demanding Rs 50/- as form 103 has been downloaded by me.
download karlena jab letter ayega to paise de dena.institute paise demand karne mein hamesha aage hai.

One more thing i need to ask u should i submit form 102 ( fresh articleship deed) along with the form103.?
Also should i need to submit any of my earlier document like old form 103 etc along with form 103 which i going to submit for extension.?

no you dont need to submit form 102 as it is an agreement between you and your employer so if your employer does not demand it then dont fill it.
further you need not to submit any earlier document. just fill the form with atleast 5 day extra to be on safer side.
I had served 8 days in excess.

hello divya, i need ur favour can u plz explain regarding dates u mentioned in ur form 103 means as u said ur articleship completed on 13th feb.11 and u got letter in march so i need to know whether u submitted form 103 back date signed or u mentioned date from march to april. plz reply mentioning dates
