what is impact of gst on retail and wholesale business of footwear if it is carried under one roof..

gst applicable if turnover exceeds 20 lakhs.... there is no different impact if u carry wholesale and retail both businesses

but a retailer wikl not get credit bcz he is not issue invoice.?

U are a retailer and if u don't issue invoice then u have to pay tax on inclusive basis on sale .....and in case of wholesale sales u Shud issue an invoice applying tax....U shall get credit on all purchases

if u don't collect tax seperately den u have to pay on inclusive basis .... credit shall be given for inclusive basis sales also
