You can provisionally file 108 for termination of articleship....

File 108 within 30 days from completion and while submiting exam form write provisionally or if u get termination letter from institute then send it to ICAI with an application and attachments of exam forms....

i dont knw exactly but as far as i knw 

at the time of filing of ca final form u need to fill the articleship termination details theirin 

and when ur articleship will be over u need to submit the form 108 to let the institute serve u a articleship completion certificate

In exam form there will be obviously an option whether you have completed your article on  or before 30.4.2011

same as 100 hrs IT course.

pls  upload the exam form of CA final (new course) ..... i shall be very thankful to that person......

my real problem is that the sattelite batch starting  from this 28 and i am thinking to get registered myself for IDT but if my attempt is not going to due in may 2011 then i hav to learn lots and lots of amenndments

so at last pls suggest me wat can i do to conform my attempt...........

and iam prepairing for nov2010 xams

as per the guidelines of icai u can give ur final attempt if prior to first day of month in which xams are starting u have completed ur whole training including the excess leaves( for  students only who are appearing for finals  after passing pcc)

so iam just 13 days ahead 

but u are 30 days ahead

dude do not take tension 

in exam form everything is asked 

as far as my knowledge ketan has righly said u have to file provisionalyy 108 along with exam form 

and when articleship is completed file the orignial 108 within 30 days

so go ahead and take the idt batch from rajkumar sir
