Regarding filing of Income Tax Return for AY 2021 2022

Please can anyone assist me regarding income tax return filing for AY 2021 2022.

Please note I am having Income from Salary and Income from Short term capital gain.

Regarding Salary : My company is located outside India and I am working from India and use to get Salary remittance in my Bank in India regularly.
But I don't have Form 16 as well as TDS is not deducted as company is located outside India so they cannot deduct TDS

Will the Income Tax portal system will accept my return If I file Income from Salary without Form 16 and also advised which ITR form to be filed
