due to confusion, I have missed and didn't claim itc of some expenses from July to November.. and already filed 3b for those months, so now can I claim it and how?

Yes...
You can claim the missed Invoices related ITC in next months. It's mean "You can claim the ITC in December or January GSTR 3B return"
