If we sell goods of Rs. 75000/- to
party in one invoice and he again wants goods of Rs. 50000/- in same day then eway is required or not because in delhi the limit for intra state movement is Rs. 100000/-?

If you are sending both goods in one shot then eway bill is required otherwise not needed.
