regarding eway bill

if goods are moving on rickshaw is it mandatory for generate eway bill value more than fifty thousand

If the goods are more than 50 k value then yes e way bill needed.

No need E-Way Bill if it's move non-motorized vehicles.

how I explain after some time in sales tax department , I send goods non motorized vehicle

Note in the Invoice for transport mode at the time of delivery for the materials...
