Regarding e way bill amount

if threshold limit is 50000
den e way is mandatory for 50000 bill or 50001 rs bill

Yes, but if it is wholly exempt supply or Non taxable supply then e way bill is not required

When products worth more than ₹50,000 are moved to or from a registered individual, an E-way bill is required to be created. Even if the value of the items is less than ₹ 50,000, the transporter or a registered person may elect to create and carry an e-way bill.

So, If the amount is 50k then e-way bill required.

(My Personal opinion about E-Way Bill:
For movement of goods e way bill is the best option of documentary evidence for theft, Fire, accidents and any other problems).

E-way bill is a document required to be carried by a person in charge of the conveyance carrying any consignment of goods of value exceeding fifty thousand rupees as mandated by the Government.

Agree with Raja PM comment : "For movement of goods e way bill is the best option of documentary evidence for theft, Fire, accidents and any other problems"

Always carry eway bill even if the value of goods is less than Rs 50,000.
