Regarding e-way bill

Dear Sir/Mam
case 1 : when we Invoice to a party (interstate), Stock value is more then 50000/- and this stock picked up by party own vehicle so my question is

so We need to generate e way bill or not ? if we generate then what is transporter details.. can I fill party Gstin in transporter ID.

Case 2 : If we generate e way bill Part A only and stock sent to transport. but part B not filled by Transporter and stock dispatched to destination so what should we do? may it create any problems or not ?

Please suggest me

1. Yes... E-way bill required. Show the vehicle number in Part B.

2. No problems. Transporter use the Mustang prepare bulk e-way options.

1.Yes Eway is mandatory & if supplier himself delivering can provide his GSTN under Transporter ID

2. Yes , you can generate Part A only when its being send to transporter place but Dont forgot to put Transporter ID , as when you dont put the Transporter ID , transporter cannot Open the same & cannot able to update part "b" as it will not reflect on the portal of transporter.

Hence put tranporter ID (, leave blank vechicle No.)

another question..
I am working as a super Stockiest. If Co. Issue an Invoice with my Name and dispatch location is our distributor (third party) and also generate E Way bill for the same, so we need to make invoice to the name of Distributor for accounting purpose due to Payment made to co. through me
Ex. Supply (1st party to 3rd Party) & Eway bill same.
Payment made (3rd to 2nd to 1stParty).

Then my question is Did we need to generate E way Bill or not.

yes eway is mandatatory if consignment value exceeds 50k

Goods dispatched through co. invoice ( 1st person to 3person) and Co has already Issued e way bill upto destination.
so can I issue e way bill for our Invoice

(THE CO. HAS ALREADY BILLED TO YOU & SHIP TO THIRD PERSON & EWAY BILL IS ALREADY GENERERATED SO IN THIS CASE YOU ARE NOT REQUIRE TO GENERATE EWAY BILL
