My spouse work in mexico and we use to transfer money to indian bank account via crypto (XRP) for paying the monthly EMI
The transfer will happen to her own account or to my account (spouse)
In this case do I need to pay crypto . If not required how to declare this ITR?

She, the transferer, being NRI need not declare it in her ITR. You are only receiver of Indian currency..
