Please clear my Doubt regarding obtain composition scheme. Experts In 28 Gst meeting Government announce that any taxpayer can obtain Composition a scheme other than Restaurant Service hoti 5 lakh. Experts is this facilities turn on under composition scheme ???

As per GST council 28th Meeting if your turnover up to Rs. 1.50 lakh, you can opt composition scheme if you are trader, manufacturer or restaurant
