Currently we have registered under gst as a regular dealer. We want to opt composition scheme.
We are manufacturer of pressure vessels also we are doing job work. can we eligible for composition scheme.

Since you are engaging composite supply both manufacturer as well job work you aren't eligible to opt under composition scheme old refer Sec.10 of GSTR act,2017

In my view, there is no bar to join composition scheme on quitting regular registration. There does not seem to be any bar under section 10. However, when the total value of supply goes beyond Rs.75000/-, you will have to revert back to regular registration. Secondly, once you join composition scheme, you cannot quit before the end of the financial year.
