A person recently qualified and working for MNC with decent job and willing to join CIVILS.
Points to be considered:
1.Can CA students can clear civils exams?
2.Is it add any advantage to the CA.

1.yes ca students can definitely clear civils
2.It should be advantagous for him/her being a ca and passing the civils too
