If my GST gets cancelled in Suo Moto cancellation then it will effect on my c/c limit?
What should I do if I want to add another GST with same firm name. and also add in my previous bank account.
In term of Circular 95/14/2019 GST , no you cannot apply fresh Registration under same PAN .
Hence it's better to retain the old Registration by filing revocation or need to grant Registration under New PAN .
