25 June 2020I'm a buyer and our auditor hasn't filed the C Form and submitted to the seller and now they are asking for the C Forms, whether I can apply for the C Form for the interstate invoices in the commercial sales tax department in our place?
Whether there are any possibilities that they can issue the C Forms for the missing invoices?
Request to kindly give any of your suggestions for the above issue occured.

Statutory Forms ? Like whether this form is equivalent to C Form, If a company doesn't filed any C Form for the past interstate invoices?
And will it be processed by the LVO for the missed Interstate invoices ?
